How
much do rental chair covers and sashes cost?
Our standard satin covers are as low as £3.00 each. The full sash
and bow are £2.00 and the ribbon and bows are £1.00 each.
What
are the colour of your sashes and what kind of fabric are they?
Shimmering organza in Ivory, Lilac, Gold, Dusty Rose, Orange, Burgundy,
Black, Sage Green, Light Blue, Cornflower Blue, Red, Peach, Rust, Lemon
and White. New for this season:- Chocolate Brown, Purple, Silver,
Terquoise and Hot Pink. Other colours are available by special order.
Are
there any other colours?
Any unusual colours are available by special order, which will incur an
added cost of 50p per sash.

Standard; White/Ivory
Do
your chair covers fit most banqueting chairs?
Yes, we have four different sizes which will fit all banqueting or conference
chairs. We will always visit your venue to measure the chairs to ensure
the correct size is used. We cannot fit chairs with arm rests., i.e.;
carvers..
How
do I place an order?
Contact us by email or by phone. We will post a no obligation quote back
to you by return of post. If you then wish to secure a booking ,a non
refundable deposit of £25.00 will ensure your date is booked and
will be confirmed in writing.
What
is your cancellation policy?
Any cancellations should be given 90 days prior to the wedding date. Any
cancellations made after this time will incur a 50% charge of the outstanding
balance.
What
is your change policy?
Reasonable changes to your order can be made up to 30 days before the
event, at which time the final payment will be due.
What
is your policy for items damaged?
Any item rendered unusable in the future or simply lost, will incur a
charge i.e. Chair covers £12.00., Sashes £8.00 and Ribbons
£4.00
If a large item is damaged., i.e. a 6’ bay tree, then the cost of
replacement will be itemised at the time., i.e. a 6’ bay tree will
cost £125.00 to replace.,, and so on. Every care is taken by us
to ensure the safe keeping of any goods that are hired by liasing with
management to ensure safekeeping for our collection the next day.
Do
you provide delivery, set up and collection?
Free delivery, set up and collection is included in the price of the rental
within a 20 mile radius of our base in Rickmansworth. Outside this area,
there will be a small additional charge for delivery and collection.
What
about dressing the rest of the venue?
If you click on the GALLERY you will see many other items for hire to
enhance your setting. The same policy for delivery, set up and collection
and payment terms apply to any hired items from our company. |
